“Personal Information” means private data about a natural person. Datalogics may obtain your name when doing business with you, your company, and job title. Your company name, company address, and company email address are not Personal Information.

You will receive reasonable email communications from us for legitimate uses such as invoicing, product updates, and service bulletins.

Datalogics will not provide your Personal Information to any third party.

Tracking of Site Visitors

Datalogics uses Google Analytics to track traffic on the Site. Information received by Datalogics from Google is anonymous and not connected with any Personal Information. It includes statistics on the number of clicks on various sections of the Site used to improve our presentation and Content.

Complete Removal of Your Personal Information

You have the right to have your Personal Information removed completely from our contact database. To have your name and any personal email address completely removed by Datalogics, send a message to info@pdfrest.com and it will be deleted as soon as possible.

If you are a technical or business contact who wishes to be removed from our contact database, you must provide us a successor contact name, professional email, and company address so that we can continue to effectively service your account. Without a successor contact you will be unsubscribed for marketing material, but your details will be retained until a successor is identified.
